Located in the vicinity of the U.S.A. Embassy in Bucharest, the Palace of the Society of Public Workers accommodates at present the headquarters of the so-called ArCuB, a cultural institution founded in 1996 under the auspices of the Mayoralty of Bucharest.

The palace was built between 1932 and 1934, following the designs of Ion C. Roşu and Radu Culcer. The palace is said to be one of the most impeccable expressions of the Art Deco style in the wider context of the architectural landscape of the capital. Despite the fact it is not opened to the visiting public, admiring the palace even if only from the outside, can complement a sightseeing tour of Bucharest.
