The Bordei Park is one of the smallest parks in Bucharest, stretching on a surface of only 3.3 hectares. Yet, by force of its location in the vicinity of the Herăstrău Park and on the shore of the Floreasca Lake (one of the lakes on the stream of the Colentina River), as well as by its inner highlights, it stands out as one of the most picturesque small green jewels of the capital.

Chiefly, it is the greenery and the colorful flower beds which turn the venue into a prized oasis of Bucharest. Obviously, the Bordei Park does not enjoy the tourist visibility or rating of the celebrated Herăstrău Park or of the Cişmigiu Park, but, all in all, it is worth visiting in particular due to the much awaited facelift achieved by the recently carried out restoration works.
